Todd Latouf currently serves as an operating partner with Boston investing firm Kamylon Capital, LLC. Mr. Latouf directs and oversees portfolio businesses acquired by Kamylon Capital and outlines strategic plans for mergers and acquisitions of other companies. In addition to negotiating purchase agreements for companies targeted by Kamylon, Todd Latouf complies reports which demonstrate the value of future investments. 

Prior to joining Kamylon Capital, Todd Latouf worked with several automotive industry investment groups. He acted as President of EW Industrial, a Troy, Michigan-based investing group which acquires and operates automotive manufacturing facilities. Mr. Latouf played a critical role in refining the company’s business strategy through a team of industry leaders, financial advisers, and investment managers. Todd Latouf also served as President and Chief Restructuring Officer at Hallmark Technologies, an automotive investment group that operated and ran several manufacturing facilities, spearheading the company’s efforts to minimize risk and loss from several of its under-performing subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Hallmark, Mr. Latouf spent 10 years as General Manager of Magna International and Magna Closures, an automotive group based in Italy with operations in North America. As a General Manager at Magna, he oversaw the introduction of new product lines to European, Asian, and North American markets, worked with such automotive giants as Audi, Daimler-Chrysler, Ford, and Fiat. Todd Latouf holds membership in the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Chief Executive Forum of Michigan. He studied at Warren National University in Cheyenne, Wyoming and at the University of Windsor in Ontario. He is currently specializing in Program Management through an MBA program at Aspen University in Denver.
