The owner and chief designer at Terrie Koles Design, LLC, Terrie Koles designs interiors and provides fine art advisory for homes across New York City. Dedicated to expressing clients' styles through their living spaces, she works closely with each client, ensuring that every space she creates aligns with the client’s vision and meets the set budget.

In previous work, Terrie Koles designed the interiors of both modern and historical spaces, including a newly-constructed apartment in Chelsea, the full renovation of a 12,000 square-foot home on Long Island, and a 3,100 square-foot triplex in SoHo. Furthermore, Ms. Koles garners praise from clients for her ability to seamlessly incorporate their existing fine art collections into design installations.

A fine artist herself, Terrie Koles shows her art both domestically and internationally. She studied at several notable art schools, including the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, DC, the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and the Art Students League of New York. Ms. Koles also traveled to Florence, Italy, to study before enrolling at the prestigious New York Academy of Art, where she earned her Master of Fine Arts. As a graduate student, she took courses with such distinguished artists as Vincent Desiderio, Jenny Saville, and Eric Fischl. In previous roles, Terrie Koles channeled her creative passions into the advertising sector. Before she established her design company, she built a successful career working for some of the industry's most acclaimed firms.

Over the course of 12 years, Ms. Koles worked on advertising campaigns at Ogilvy & Mather, Deutsch Inc., BBDO, and Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide. She entered the industry as an art director before quickly earning promotion to creative director, where she created print and television ads for national and international distribution.
