Russell Pettaway serves as President of All in One Consulting Inc., a Carrollton, Virginia, firm that offers a host of SAP technology planning, management, and support services. Russell Pettaway manages all aspects of business operations, including marketing and strategic development. His firm’s focus reflects decades of experience in implementing SAP solutions for companies such as Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Mr. Pettaway earned journeyman qualifications through the craftsmanship-focused Northrop Grumman Newport News Apprenticeship Program in 1993. He earned a Mechanical Engineering Associate’s degree at Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton, Virginia, subsequently completing a Business Administration undergraduate degree at Saint Leo University. Russell Pettaway undertook numerous part-time and full-time engagements with Northrop Grumman Newport News while undertaking his undergraduate work. He notably served as a member of the SAP Functional Team engaged in Virginia-class submarine production planning. He also served as an SAP Technical instructor and held responsibilities in an overhaul production planning assignment for CVN 69. Mr. Pettaway next engaged with IBM Global Business Services in consultancy capacities, advising on public sector SAP project system development and implementation projects. He served on these teams for two years prior to establishing his current consulting firm.
Having played football at the Newport News Apprentice School, Russell Pettaway earned selection on the institution’s All-90th Year Football Team. He additionally coached football for nearly a decade at the four-year vocational school. Mr. Pettaway’s past charitable activities include operating a power-lifting group that sponsored the King of the Beach and Bench Press Classic events. Proceeds from these fundraisers were utilized to take homeless children on field trips to Washington, D.C. In his free time, Russell Pettaway enjoys attending Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Wizards games, as well as coaching his sons’ Pop Warner football and AAU basketball teams.
