A real estate industry veteran, Norman Shelly Hernick has extensive experience in construction, property management, land acquisition, and residential finance. Over the course of his 25-year career, he has discovered unrecognized real estate opportunities, renovated rental units to produce ongoing income streams, and orchestrated many aspects of raw land developments. Today, Norman S. Hernick is applying his expertise on an expansion project in the Yonge/Eglinton area of Toronto. Norm Hernick already has acquired several parcels of land for the development, which would include as many as three midrise condominiums. He intends to rely on proven, eco-friendly design methods to help reduce monthly operating expenses and to ensure that the units remain affordable for prospective buyers.

At present, Norman Hernick’s focus remains on management and planning for the project. Together with the city’s planners and architects, he is striving to minimize the negative impact of increased traffic on the surrounding neighborhoods.
