As both a property developer and President of a residential and corporate housing complex, Morris Kalichman stays quite busy professionally. A charitable individual, he always finds time to support different organizations he feels make a difference in peoples’ lives. Morris Kalichman participates in the One Israel Fund, an outfit that provides medical, social, security, and recreational services for those living in Judea and Samaria. Morris Kalichman takes pride in participating in an organization that helps those involved in the Gaza evacuation rebuild their lives and maintain the core of Israel’s identity as a Jewish State.

In addition, he supports the Congregation Keter Torah, a synagogue located in Teaneck, New Jersey, that serves Orthodox Jews and strives to enrich members’ commitment to the Torah. Morris Kalichman also holds a real estate license from the State of New York. The New York Department of State Division of Licensing Services handles registering, licensing, and regulating professionals from 29 different industries, including real estate brokers and salespeople, private investigators, security guards, appearance enhancement businesses and practitioners, and notaries public.

As a member of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Morris Kalichman contributes to an organization that advocates on behalf of more than 1,200 local businesses and provides services and programs to aid them in reaching their full potential. Morris Kalichman has served as President of a major residential and corporate community for the past 35 years. He runs day-to-day operations for the property and involves himself in every facet of management, from collecting rent to handling employee payroll to obtaining credit reports on prospective renters.

In addition, Morris Kalichman acts as a developer of residential housing and currently is improving land for future construction, as well as obtaining permits, building access roads, and installing utilities, landscaping, and drainage.
