Laura Dolan brings more than two decades of diverse business experience to her current position as Principal of Dolan Xitco Consulting Group, which maintains offices in San Diego and San Juan Capistrano, California. Ms. Dolan established the legal advisory firm with a partner in 2011.

Dolan Xitco Consulting Group specializes in preparing economic damage models and testimony for use in mass torts, personal injury lawsuits, and wage-related claims. Dolan concentrates her efforts on the legal aspects of the enterprise, having testified as an expert in federal and state superior courts across the country. To stay current with industry developments, she belongs to the National Association for Business Economics and the National Association of Forensic Economics.

In addition to her professional duties, Dolan actively contributes to National Charity League, Inc., a coalition of mothers and daughters who perform volunteer work throughout the United States.

An alumna of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, Laura Dolan holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the institution. An accomplished undergraduate student, she earned recognition from Alpha Sigma Nu, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the Honors Program. She continues to augment her knowledge by lecturing and participating in various educational programs.

In her first job out of college, she worked as an Economic Analyst at Brinton Economics, Inc., for four years before becoming a Partner and shareholder with Mack Barclay, Inc. She held this position for more than a decade, gaining exposure to the health care, professional sports, insurance, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries, among others.

From 2006 to 2011, Laura Dolan acted as Managing Director of LECG Corporation. During this time, she gained invaluable insight into constructing economic damage models and compiling testimony for use during trial, subsequently leveraging this experience to launch her own firm.
