Kevin Fitzgerald U.S. Advisors - CEO of Overseas Investor Services LLC
Kevin Fitzgerald, past CEO of U.S. Advisors and current CEO of Overseas Investor Services and U.S. Select Holdings LLC, has worked in the investment industry since 1971. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he began his career after leaving the Marines in 1970, taking on a position as a real estate investment firm’s wholesaler. Since then, he has formed and led several investment and investment-related companies, developing his professional experience over four decades.
Kevin Fitzgerald led U.S. Advisors and U.S. Select Holdings as their Chief Executive Officer from each company’s formation, in 1999 and 2008, respectively. In these roles Mr. Fitzgerald has worked alongside several highly experienced investment specialists to insure consistent growth and shareholder satisfaction. These include the Chairman of Overseas Investor Services, Dr. Robert H. Zerbst, the Chief Operations Officer of Overseas Investor Services, Pedro Teixeira, and Partner at Overseas Investor Services, G. Stephen Fisher. His work alone has involved the acquisition of over $2.5 billion in properties.
Prior to his work with U.S. Advisors, Kevin Fitzgerald helped found a 13-year investment sponsorship partnership. Mr. Fitzgerald also has extensive experience in the acquisition of income and energy properties, as he led his own company from 1976 to 1986, which specialized in the sponsorship of partnership investments.Outside of his work with Overseas Investment Services and U.S. Select Holdings, Kevin Fitzgerald serves as a member of The Olympic Club Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Olympic Club Foundation is an affiliate of the Olympic Club, the nation’s oldest athletic club, which specializes in community efforts to engage young people in amateur athletics.
