An experienced executive who has worked with Fortune 100 companies around the world, Hisham Mushasha holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at BCCI Construction Company, one of the largest commercial contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined BCCI Construction in 2007 following a series of high-profile finance positions at consumer goods, apparel, and electronics companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mushasha partners with senior management to fulfill finance and accounting responsibilities, including the preparation of annual operating and cash flow budgets, financial statements, and reporting packages. In addition, he is responsible for the firm’s banking and insurance relationships, as well as the company's internal financial awareness training. Through his efforts, Mushasha has helped BCCI Construction Company to achieve a number of milestones, including inclusion on the San Francisco Business Times’ and San Jose Business Journal’s lists of “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” for every year of his tenure.

Hisham Mushasha works with CEO and President Michael Scribner to oversee more than 150 employees, including a team of project managers and estimators with over 65% Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation. Some of BCCI’s notable clients include Blue Shield of California in San Francisco, ClearView Business Center in San Mateo, Recology in San Francisco, Stanford University in Palo Alto, and the Stuart Foundation in San Francisco.

Previously, Mushasha held a number of contract financial assignments in the Silicon Valley area, leading the financial restructuring and turnaround of 14 multimillion-dollar companies. He has also served as the Vice President of Finance for apparel company Esprit de Corp. and anti-spam software company Brightmail, both based in San Francisco. Hisham Mushasha has also worked across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe for PepsiCo and Procter and Gamble.
