Dr. Rovel Shackleford received his doctorate in Economics from the University of Warwick, graduating with his thesis, €˜The Impact of the WTO (World Trade Organization) on Developing Nations. Dr.€™ Rovel Shackleford has worked in many countries for the World Bank and the IMF (International Monetary Fund), predominantly in the fields of infrastructure funding, labor market reform, and budget reform. He has worked in many different industries, including education, defence, steel and power, aviation, publishing, international banking, and resource economics, in addition to international infrastructure and development projects in Australia, North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

Dr. Rovel Shackleford is the Founder of the private equity group Arrina Global. A dynamic corporation, its core technology lies in providing economic analysis and strategic business development support to its partners, subsidiaries, associates, and clients in the public and private sectors in 42 countries.
