Dedicated to lifelong education, Chris Salamone possesses more than 20 years of experience as an author, lecturer, and attorney. In 2001, Chris Salamone founded youth leadership organization LeadAmerica, for which he currently sits on the Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Salamone occupies a seat on the Advisory Board for Penn-Florida Companies, which specializes in real estate development and management.In founding LeadAmerica, Chris Salamone set out to establish the gold standard in educational preparation for college and beyond.
Through LeadAmerica, junior high and high school students receive exciting opportunities to explore through interactive learning settings, as well as insight into campus living and the college classroom experience. Mr. Salamone remains an active supporter of LeadAmerica and its many programs.
LeadAmerica represents only one of the activities Chris Salamone has organized and spearheaded to educate and empower young people. Working through the LeadAmerica Foundation, Mr. Salamone founded GirlsLead, a nonprofit organization devoted empowering disadvantaged young women in and outside the United States. Furthermore, Mr. Salamone frequently donates time and resources to children and teachers in Haiti, equipping them with books and other supplies as needed. Over the course of his 20-plus-year career, he has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars toward educational development and leadership programs.
Outside of his career advocating education, Chris Salamone also makes a point of educating himself. He occupies much of his free time researching and reading about his favorite topics. Beyond studying, Mr. Salamone enjoys cooking, golfing, listening to opera, and staying in top physical shape with his training regimen in Jyu Ryu and Miyama Ryu Combat Jujitsu.
