He specializes in appraising machine tools, transportation, real estate, furniture, and equipment for the textile and industrial, construction, and logging and mill industries.

Prior to becoming an auctioneer at Cash Realty & Auctions, Cash Cunningham attended Indiana University’s Certified Auctioneers Institute. Mr. Cunningham holds licenses to hold auctions in 11 states. He has achieved additional accreditation by completing seminars offered through the Auction Marketing Institute, the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and the National Auctioneers Association.

In his current position, he oversees more than 500 appraisals and 200 auctions each year, in addition to supervising a staff of auctioneers and real estate appraisers. His numerous clients include financial institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.

As a testament to his expertise, Cash Cunningham has been requested to testify as an expert in the New York State Court of Claims, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the New York State Supreme Court 8th Judicial District. In addition, Mr. Cunningham has lectured on Methods of Valuation at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.

Cunningham maintains memberships with several professional organizations, including the National Auctioneers Association and the New York State Greater Buffalo Association of Realtors, and he previously served as President of the New York State Auctioneers Association.
