Experienced business leader Vinnie Vaccarello currently acts as the co-owner and President of Jacksonville, Florida-based All Railroad Services Corporation, the company he helped launch in 2006. In addition to securing important contracts for the firm and making strategic decisions, Mr. Vaccarello holds responsibility for driving growth; since launching in Jacksonville, the company has expanded to locations in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. He and his colleagues also grew All Railroad Services Corporation to more than 130 employees and millions of dollars in revenue within a half a year.

Prior to forming All Railroad Services Corporation, Vaccarello served as Vice President of Operations for Balfour Beatty Rail Inc., also located in Jacksonville. From 2002 to 2006, he held oversight for a division worth $70 million and supervised the work of more than 100 employees across the country. In addition, he coordinated sales and marketing efforts and bid for key contracts for the nearly $10 billion global rail infrastructure firm.

Previously, he presided over Jacksonville's All Vegetation Services Inc., which operated throughout the United States. Among other accomplishments, Mr. Vaccarello outlined three-year plans to cover the 24,000 miles of rail operated by CSX Transportation.

Before moving south to Jacksonville, Vaccarello gained invaluable experience with two companies in Pittsburgh. He first served as Corporate Auditor and Project Manager for Westinghouse Electric, a role that required him to analyze internal controls and increase efficiencies in the company's operations. He then spent seven years as Director of Railroad Services Division with EME & ETS. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University.
