Timothy Kisting - Sales Professional
Milwaukee resident Timothy Kisting serves as a Senior Account Manager for the Yell Group, plc, an advertising and marketing company for yellow pages. Since joining the Yell Group in 1999, Timothy Kisting has achieved several major career milestones and industry recognitions, among them managing a sales volume of $950,000 and earning membership in the distinguished President’s Club 11 of the 13 years he has worked for the company. Outside of the office, Mr. Kisting enjoys a range of sports and outdoor activities, such as bicycling, coaching his son’s youth teams, and attending home games of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Prior to launching his career in sales, Timothy Kisting studied history and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 1995, he joined the sales team at National Tire and Battery, Inc., and for the next two years he oversaw all operations at one of the company’s automobile care centers. In 1997, Metrocall, Inc., hired Tim Kisting as an Account Executive. His duties at Metrocall included maintaining and developing partnerships with local businesses and hospitals and handling a sales volume of 100-plus accounts and $100,000. He achieved consistent annual sales growth during his two years with the company. Since his recruitment to the Yell Group, Timothy Kisting has focused primarily on marketing and selling digital and print advertising and other yellow pages products to local businesses. His personal and direct approach to account acquisition and management has resulted in a 13 percent sales growth during each canvas campaign in the Milwaukee area.
In his free time, Timothy Kisting donates his time and resources to the St. Mary Parish School’s youth programming and endowment fund, as well as to other charities in the Milwaukee area.
