Mr. Kamal Khetan is the Chairman & Managing Director at Sunteck Realty Ltd. He is a first generation entrepreneur, started business centers in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai which provided built to suit office spaces on smart rentals to multinationals and Fortune 500 firms. This business forms the origins of Sunteck Realty Ltd.

After establishing a strong presence in the office segment, Mr. Khetan focused on premium residential segment. Today three of Sunteck’s high-end luxury residential projects – Signature Island, Signia Isles and Signia Pearl at Bandra Kurla Complex, are considered among the best in the country. These projects are targeted at the crème-de-la-crème of the corporate world.

Mr. Kamal Khetan has prominently been featured twice as one of the wealth creators in Forbes India Rich List, globally read business magazine. With his undeterred commitment towards the company and steadfast approach, Khetan has led Sunteck Realty, into is a dominant player in the real estate space and it forms part of the top 10 listed real estate firms in India.

Mr. Khetan has over 20 years of professional experience in diversified sectors, largely in the real estate and construction sector. He has an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Mangalore University.

He is a family man, who loves to read and travel in his free time.
