Jared Hackler launched his career as a sales and marketing professional in 2001 as the owner and Marketing Director for a skateboard shop, where he worked closely with vendors to acquire the latest skateboards, snowboards, clothing, and apparel. At the shop, Hackler assumed responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the organization, including sales and customer service, and built up experience that he would later use a number of different positions.

In 2002, Hackler accepted an offer to become the Sales Director of Petroleum Card Services (PCS) in Minden, Nevada. In this capacity, he oversaw all hiring, training, and firing of employees in the Marketing and Sales departments. He played an active role in business development for PCS, seeking out potential customers and developing action plans to secure new business and drive company growth.

After leaving Petroleum Card Services, Jared Hackler went on to become the Sales Director of the Central Payment Corporation in San Rafael, California, for which he prepared new businesses to accept Visa and MasterCard and offered companies that accepted credit cards lower rates and more products.

He subsequently joined Access Fleet, Inc., as the Vice President and Executive Sales Director in 2007. He worked closely with a team of software developers to bring new products to the market and adjust them based on consumer feedback. In addition to training and supporting sales agents and helping the Human Resources department hire qualified sales representatives, Hackler conducted nightly online training meetings and organized bimonthly in-person training sessions.

Today, Hackler serves as the President and Executive Sales Director of Echo Daily, Inc., a company he started in 2010.
