Debbie Foster

Debbie Foster has been the owner of a recruiting firm since 1987.  Future Prospects Personnel Service began in Houston, helping companies and individuals to find just the right fit for open positions and job opportunities.  The economic reality of recruiting has given her the opportunity to start a service-oriented store specifically designed to help individuals find unique and unusual gifts for future events and occasions that will be coming up in the future.   Having begun her career as a social worker and teacher, Debbie Foster is a very service-oriented individual and ingeniously finds ways of helping people with their needs.

By teaching resume writing and interviewing techniques and revising resumes to work for an individual, Debbie Foster has helped many individuals snag that great job.  She also helps employers find the "right fit" for their open job needs, while working personally with each employer to write and adapt the job description or requirements for the opening they are trying to fill within their company.

In March, 2010, Debbie realized that the economy in Houston, Texas needed some help to recover from the recession and decided to offer a Houston Job Board, where recruiters and employers in Houston can post their open job listings without paying upfront advertising fees.  Applicants can post their resume and applications to these jobs and also find valuable information regarding how to snag a job.  By connecting employers, recruiters and job candidates, the job board evolved into a Membership of Citizens and Companies to help Houston recover in 2010 to the 5.6% unemployment rating that Houston had in December/2008.  In December/2009, unemployment statistics for Houston were 8.3%.  Houston has always been a great job market and has diversified enough to return quickly if everyone works together to make it happen.  Check out houstonjobopportunties.com or employmenthouston.com.  We are anxious to help Houston's Job Market grow again.

In July, 2009, Debbie Foster began bringing this specific skill to finding just the right gift for busy or otherwise physically unavailable people to send  the "perfect gift of expression" for any occasion, whether it is a corporate or business gift, "Happy Birthday", "Thank You", "Merry Christmas" or even just a personal "I Miss You" message that someone wants to express to the people in their lives.  By offering a Delayed Delivery Option with many of the products in her store, theforgetmenotshopstore.com or fmnshop.com (for short), Debbie wants to take the fear of forgetting or missing any special date or celebration in someone special's  life.

The Delayed Delivery Option will eliminate the worry of forgetting to send something and also will ensure that because theforgetmenotshopstore.com (fmnshop.com)  offers unusual ideas for gifts or products, the gift will be especially appreciated.  Delayed Delivery Option is offered for up to nine months of an event.  Personalized customer service is priority and is available to help customers find that perfect gift giving idea for family, friends, customers, and anyone especially valuable in their lives.  The unique products can be purchased and sent immediately or with the Delayed Delivery Option, they can be sent at the right time for any special event, big or small.  By visiting theforgetmenotshop.com, you can learn more about Forget-Me-Not's commitment to it's customers and why Debbie established the idea of Delayed Delivery to help solve the problems that are part of all our busy lives with so many responsibilities to deal with everyday.   Being a recruiter at heart, Debbie says you never stop helping people with their personnel needs and has written a blog about Writing a Good Resume to give free resume writing advice to anyone looking to find that perfect job in today's market.  These resume suggestions can be used for anyone seeking free resume information,  from entry level, graduate jobs to seasoned, more experienced employees.  Debbie is  hoping that  employers are ready to hire personnel soon and everyone can all get back to work, loving whatever it is they love to do.  However, Debbie is excited about offering her new Delayed Delivery Service and helping an entirely new group of individuals with a need whose "time has come".
