Carmen Arruda is a management level real estate executive. Currently, she serves as Assistant Vice President and Regional Account Manager at Fidelity National Title Group. She has worked in the Seattle operations/Bellevue office 2004. Carmen Arruda’s company provides title insurance, underwriting, and escrow services to a variety of residential and commercial real estate clients, including consumers, developers, and lenders. Arruda has experience with sales, project management, team building, and negotiation. She specializes in creating effective marketing programs and has a talent for building communication among her colleagues.

Carmen Arruda’s expertise lies in such diverse areas as regulatory compliance, market research, sales management, customer relations, and radio advertising campaigns. Prior to her role at Fidelity National Title Group, Carmen Arruda worked as a home builder and an owner and manager of a Los Angeles real estate company. Early in her career, she worked as a Loan Officer at California Financial Group. In this position, she managed various types of loans, including construction, VA, and FHA, from origination through to closing. One of Carmen Arruda’s particular strengths is her knowledge of loan modifications. During her two decades of industry experience, she has worked with borrowers to submit hardship letters and financial information. She has also processed short sales as a real estate agent for borrowers. In addition, Arruda has managed several properties, performing a wide range of duties, including processing leases, advertising vacancies, and collecting rents. 

In addition to her California and Washington state real estate licenses, Carmen Arruda is a licensed notary. She currently resides in Sammamish, Washington.
